I enjoy assisting and creating programs and organizations in providing needed partnerships and essential people to help guide their processes and development. Seeing what is special in individuals, in their skills, talents and unique abilities is a skill of mine. I have of passion to improve organizations in capacity building and operations. Part of this is finding candidates that have a passion for communication, strategy, and teamwork. First start from what type of project, organization or idea is in play. Then think about what it is that should be accomplished, produced or provided from whatever the project, organization or idea. From there find what needs to be done to feel these goals. After that look for people who just not posses talents need to keep the task but that share the same amount of passion for the concept as you. Working in teams or groups can be hard when it comes to dealing with different personalities. Some people might deal with a power struggle. The issue of conflicting ideas can lead to a new leader a merging, team members taking sides or bridges being burned. Some members might be laziness in their contributions. This can be exhibited by procrastination or disinterest. There can also easily be misunderstandings or lack of communication. Some leaders or members of a crew might not be extremely good at communicating needs and wants as well as understanding needs and wants. This disconnection can be internal and external while dealing with outside partners and stakeholders. This can also be an issue due to a lack of communication resources and or distance. A leader or superior could also possibly turn into "mad kings". This is people who might have an agenda that serves them over the organization, power who become drunk with power or people so consumed with the work they forget about the workers, members or in less serious situations just having fun. In any case, there becomes a disconnection in the team. Hopefully, these problems can be solved through mediation first. Meditation opens up a dialogue of multiple parties' ideas and desires for the future. There might be new techniques, methods, and instruments needed to better the organization the benefits it and reduces stress. In a last resort a need to "clean house" might be in order. When passionate people are located and roles are understood, then it's time to conquer the world.
